| Job Summary |
1. Handle daily production planning activity. 2. Good communication skill. 3. Should know how to read and write English. 4. Check raw material availability before starting a batch. 5. Ensure safety in the plant by using proper PPEs to minimize incidents. 6. Proper utilization of manpower, machines, materials, and methods. 7. Provide proper training to subordinates for improving process, safety, 5S, and Kaizen activities. 8. Manage inventory of raw materials, finished products, and packing materials. 9. Achieve production targets as set by shift in charge. 10. Train off-roll employees for improving safety and housekeeping activities. 11. Actively participate in company-organized activities. 12. Ensure final product meets quality standards specifications. 13. Observe processes according to SOP to check for abnormalities. 14. Identify reasons for productivity lag and take corrective actions after discussion with superiors. 15. Negotiate batch cycles to increase productivity. |
